Trainings
We offer computational biology training and support for every experience level. Our services range from from 1-on-1 tutoring and code reviews, to upskilling workshops and strategic management training for research leaders. All programs are built on industry best practices based on our collective experience across academia, biotech and drug discovery.
Code Reviews
For researchers in primarily wet-lab environments or without strong bioinformatics support, access to dedicated computational mentorship is often limited. These code review sessions provide the technical oversight necessary to ensure your analysis is methodologically sound. We conduct a detailed evaluation of your existing code and pipelines to ensure that your project is on track.
AI and Computational Upskilling for Principal Investigators and Managers
As biomedical research becomes increasingly reliant on large-scale data and AI, the ability to manage complex analytical and data workflows is a critical competency for research leaders. However, many leaders lack the tools necessary in order to manage data analysis project successfully, particularly when they come from a wet-lab background. This training provides leaders with a framework for overseeing computational work without requiring them to be full-time programmers. The framework is based on industry best practices and covers topics such as data and code management, implementation and governance of AI workflows, as well as leveraging large scale open source datasets to deliver high quality research on limited budgets. Importantly, each training is bespoke and content can be adapted to your research program.
Project Support and Consultancy
We provide data analysis assistance for immunology research projects. Our focuse is on the practical application of computational methods to immunological datasets, helping teams navigate the complexities of data analysis, pipeline development, and AI integration. In addition, we can provide strategic guidance for teams looking to build their in house data and AI infrastructure.
Grant Writing and Review for Academics
Free Service for Select Academic Partners
Securing research funding increasingly requires a detailed and technically sound plan for data management and analysis. We assist principal investigators in strengthening the computational sections of their grant applications so that your data analysis section becomes an asset and not a liability.
1-on-1 Tutoring
Develop core computational biology skills such as programming, data analysis, and data visualisation through 1-on-1 live coding and analysis sessions tailored to the requirements of your research. In these sessions it is possible to work with your own datasets, so that you can advance your project while building a foundational skillset that will benefit your professional development.
AI Upskilling Workshops
AI approaches in biology are developing rapidly, but it is not always clear which AI tools are best suited for a specific research task, and how to actually use these tools in practice. In this workshop we present key AI technologies including Large Language Models, foundation models, RAG, and Agentic AI. For each technology, we review specific case studies of where and how they have been successfully applied to study biological systems. In addition, we provide practical sessions, so that researchers can learn the practical considerations of applying these tools to their own research projects. Course content can be adapted to different experience levels, from beginner friendly no-code workflows, all the way up to developing complex multi-omics pipelines.
