Our Team

We are a team of researchers specialised in developing and applying computational approaches to uncover the biological mechanisms underlying health and disease

Jason Cosgrove, PhD

Principal Scientist in Computational Medicine

I'm a systems immunologist with over ten years of experience bridging wet lab and computational approaches to study the immune system in health and disease. I've worked across academia and industry, obtaining highly competitive funding awards from the ERC and Wellcome Trust to overseeing public private research partnerships between academia and industry to develop novel computational and experimental tools to study immunity. I also teach regularly—I've run computational and systems biology courses at Sorbonne University, École Normale Supérieure, Institut Pasteur, and other institutions in Paris.

Key areas of expertise: Immunology | Oncology | Single-Cell | Multi-Omics Integration | Biological Knowledge Graphs | Imaging and Cytometry | AI | Machine Learning | Mathematical Modelling

Awarded ERC Starting Grant and a Wellcome Trust Career Development Award (2024 call) in collaboration with Imperial College London.
